Jordan's King Abdullah II bin Hussein affirmed that dialogue and political solutions regarding developments concerning Iran are the only way to spare the region further escalation. During his meeting with the Jordanian Press Association Council on Tuesday, the King stressed that Jordan will not allow violations of its airspace and will not be a battlefield, noting that the security of the Kingdom and the safety of its citizens are paramount. Regarding the Palestinian issue, he confirmed continued cooperation with brethren and international partners to protect Palestinians' rights and stop Israeli measures aimed at changing the status quo in the West Bank and Jerusalem. He also highlighted the need to support Syria's efforts to maintain its security, stability, and territorial integrity.
