A group of leaders from the Sharjah Economic Development Department participated in a diplomatic leadership program held in the Jordanian capital, Amman. The program is organized by the Sharjah Center for Training and Development as part of a series of initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities and building diplomatic communication skills for government cadres. The program included a field visit to the Jordanian Ministry of Government Communications, as well as the Vocational Training Corporation, one of the leading government entities in Jordan in the field of skills development.
