On Tuesday, Jordan began the operation to evacuate two thousand children from the Gaza Strip for treatment in the kingdom. King Abdullah II announced the launch of this program, which is conducted in partnership with the organization "Médecins Sans Frontières."

The operation is aimed at children in need of specialized medical assistance, which cannot be provided locally due to the prolonged blockade and limited access to health services.

"This is an extraordinarily important operation to ensure medical assistance to children in Gaza," emphasized Abdullah II.

It is expected that the children will be transported from Gaza to Jordan by special buses, then sent for treatment in various medical institutions throughout the country.
