On Monday, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Jordan announced that rescuers found the bodies after several hours of searching.
"We had to go through difficult conditions, but thanks to the perseverance of our rescuers, we were able to find them," the statement said.
Two people were spotted last floating in the river on Sunday, after which a large-scale operation for their search began.
